How to Prepare Wild Duck
Pluck the duck. Soak in a weak soda water mixture for one hour. Drain Water. Fill with fresh water and Parboil for 30 minutes . Remove the duck, and dry thoroughly. Fill with a dressing of your choice, and rub the duck with butter. Pat flour all around the duck and salt and pepper the duck. Bake at 350 degrees until tender.
